MINI TROUPES Mini Troupes will NOT BE HELD on Troupe weekend.

12 years and under
Prizes: 1st - $100; 2nd - $60; 3rd - $40

Prizes 1st –$150; 2nd -$100; 3rd -$50

The following conditions apply:
a) Mini Troupes must consist of five to seven (5-7) dancers only.
b) Dancers must not perform in the same section twice.
c) If more than one entry from the same dance studio is entered in the same section, names of each competitor must be submitted.
e) Live singing only permitted in the Song and Dance sections.

Troupe weekend will be held in the IMB Theatre of the IPAC centre on 26th June and 27th June 2010.

Entry by ticket ($7 per session) purchased at IPAC (Ph: 02 42263366 ) centre from 4th June 2010.
Teachers ticket may be purchased one week prior on 28th May 2010.

c) NO microphones to be used.
d) Vocals allowed on backing tape or CD.
e) Miming permissible.
f) Props to be in keeping with Rule 22.0 unless permission from the committee is given.

PLEASE NOTE, TROUPE WEEKEND WILL BE ONE WEEK BEFORE THE SCHOOL HOLIDAYS ON THE 26TH AND 27th JUNE 2010.

For child protection, security and to help keep backstage traffic to a minimum, during Troupe weekend, two nominated parents and a senior teacher only, are permitted backstage with each performing Troupe.
They will need to report to the Eisteddfod desk to collect their wrist bands which allows entry to the allocated dressing rooms and backstage
